These Terms & Conditions govern your use of services provided by WZMB Group (wzmb.my), based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. By engaging our services or making a payment, you agree to these Terms in full.
WZMB Group provides Google Ads management, WordPress website development, YouTube marketing, and Google Business Profile optimisation. Specific deliverables are agreed in writing before work begins.
All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). A 50% deposit is required before work begins. Balance is due upon project completion (one-time) or before Month 2 (retainer). Ad spend is paid directly to Google. Payments processed via bank transfer or online payment gateway (Curlec).
WordPress websites: 14-21 working days from deposit and asset receipt. Google Ads setup: 5-7 working days. Delays caused by late asset submission will extend delivery timelines accordingly.
Monthly retainers: cancel with 14 days written notice via WhatsApp or email. One-time project deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced. All client-owned assets will be handed over within 7 working days of cancellation.
Upon full payment, all website files, designs, and content belong to the client. Google Ads accounts and Google Business Profiles remain owned by the client at all times.
WZMB Group does not guarantee specific advertising results. We commit to best-practice management and transparent reporting. Total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
