Payment Policy

1. Accepted Payment Methods

Online payment via FPX or credit/debit card (processed by Curlec, a Razer Merchant Services company), or direct bank transfer to WZMB Group’s Malaysian bank account. Payment details are provided on your invoice.

2. Currency

All prices and payments are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

3. Payment Terms

50% deposit to start. Remaining 50% on delivery (one-time) or before Month 2 (retainer). Monthly retainer fees are due at the start of each month. Late payments beyond 14 days may result in service suspension.

4. Payment Security

Online payments are processed through Curlec (PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant). WZMB Group does not store card or banking details. All transactions use SSL/TLS encryption.

5. Google Ads Spend

Ad spend goes directly to Google – separate from WZMB Group’s management fees. No markup, no handling of ad budget by WZMB Group.
