Refund Policy

1. One-Time Project Services

Before work begins: full refund of deposit. After work commences: deposit is non-refundable as resources have been allocated. Upon delivery and client approval: no refund applicable. If WZMB Group fails to deliver the agreed scope, the client is entitled to a full refund.

2. Monthly Retainer Services

Monthly fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. Cancel with 14 days written notice. No refund for partial months. Services continue until the end of the current paid period.

3. Google Ads Spend

Ad spend is paid directly to Google by the client. WZMB Group is not responsible for ad spend refunds – these must be requested directly from Google.

4. Payment Gateway Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 working days, depending on your bank or payment provider. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method used.

5. How to Request a Refund

Email support@wzmb.my or WhatsApp +60 11-8888 9161 with your business name, invoice number, and reason. We will respond within 3 working days.
