We're a digital marketing agency specialising in Google Ads management and WordPress website development for Malaysian businesses. Our full Google stack covers Search, Display, YouTube, Maps and GMB — and we build custom WordPress sites with DNS, SSL and speed optimisation included.

How do I get started?+
Book a free 15-minute audit call. We'll review your current Google presence and website, identify the biggest opportunities, and recommend the right scope. If we're a fit, we'll send a proposal. If we're not, we'll tell you so honestly.
How does the 50% deposit work?+
Once you accept a proposal, we invoice 50% of the setup fee as a deposit. Work begins within 24 hours of the deposit being received. The remaining 50% is paid upon project completion or before Month 2 for retainers.
Who pays for the ad spend?+
You do — directly to Google. Ad spend is always separate from our management fee. You add your own card to your Google Ads account, Google invoices you directly, and there's zero markup from us.
Is there a long-term contract?+
No. Retainer engagements are month-to-month with no lock-in. We don't believe in trapping clients with long contracts.
What if I want to cancel?+
Give us 14 days written notice via WhatsApp or email. We'll wrap up cleanly, hand over all access and data, and there are no cancellation fees.
Can I upgrade or change my package?+
Yes, anytime. Just WhatsApp us and we'll put together an updated proposal. Package changes take effect from the next billing cycle.
How long until I see results from Google Ads?+
You'll see early data within 1-2 weeks. Meaningful optimisation typically kicks in around Month 2 once we have enough data. Significant lead and sales growth usually stabilises by Month 3.
How long does it take to build my website?+
14-21 working days from receipt of deposit AND all your assets including logo, photos, and copy. The more ready you are on day one, the faster we go live.
Can I update the website myself after launch?+
Yes. All our WordPress sites are built with editor-friendly page builders. We provide a 30-minute walkthrough post-launch. For new pages, extra page add-ons start at RM 150.
How often do I get reports?+
Monthly performance reports are delivered by the 5th of each month — always on time. Reports cover impressions, clicks, conversions, spend, ROAS, and what we're adjusting.
What do you need from me to get started?+
Once the deposit is paid, we send an onboarding checklist. Typically we need your logo files, brand colours, business info, photos, a list of competitors, any existing Google Ads or GMB access, and answers to a short business questionnaire.
