Package prices and billing

Starter is RM288/month or RM2,388/year; Growth is RM488/month or RM2,999/year; Scale is RM888/month or RM3,800/year. Monthly plans are paid monthly in advance. Yearly plans are paid in full upfront, with manual renewal and no automatic charge. No website setup fee is charged in either billing option. Advertising spend, domain registration and hosting are separate.

Included work and limits

Starter includes up to 5 website pages, 2 initial revision rounds, 1 Google Search campaign and 1 small website update monthly. Growth includes up to 10 pages, 3 revision rounds, up to 3 Search campaigns, 2 updates monthly, quarterly SEO checks and a 30-minute monthly strategy call. Scale includes up to 15 pages, 4 revision rounds, up to 5 Search campaigns, 4 updates monthly, monthly SEO checks and a 60-minute monthly call. Every package includes initial SEO setup, conversion tracking and a monthly performance report.

Content and additional work

The customer supplies business information, images and approvals. A small website update covers up to 30 minutes of changes to existing text, supplied images or contact details. New pages and features, ecommerce, custom systems, ongoing articles and backlink campaigns require a separate quotation. Campaign targets, tracking, delivery dates and supported languages are agreed before work begins.

Advertising funds

Paid package advertising spend is separate and funded before campaigns run. Google’s actual charges are reported separately from WZMB fees. Any unspent customer advertising funds are refunded after final platform charges are reconciled.

Free trial

Up to 5 approved businesses per month receive 30 days of Google Ads management and RM150 advertising credit, funded by WZMB. Dates, eligibility and any website work are agreed before launch. Ads pause when the credit is exhausted; management remains available until day 30. No customer payment or automatic paid subscription is required. The RM150 credit is an advertising budget, not a cash payment to the customer. After the trial, choose a monthly or yearly paid plan, or stop.

Ownership and monthly cancellation

You own your domain, supplied content and Google Ads account from the beginning. On a monthly plan, the supplied website is licensed while subscribed and ownership transfers after 12 paid months. On a yearly plan, website ownership transfers once the agreed website is complete and the annual payment has cleared. Cancel before the next renewal to stop future service charges. You can buy out the supplied website by paying the remaining monthly service payments needed to reach 12 paid months. Without that optional buyout, the right to use the supplied website ends. Your domain, content and advertising account remain yours.

Yearly cancellation and renewal

Renewal is manual, with a reminder before expiry and no automatic charge. Management, updates and support end if you do not renew. A website you own can continue running on hosting you maintain. Cancellations after work begins are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.

After cancellation

Advertising management, website updates and support end when the paid service period ends. A website you own can continue running on your hosting. A supplied website still under a monthly licence must stop being used unless the optional ownership buyout is completed. Hosting and domain renewals remain the customer’s responsibility.

Delivery and performance

Website work starts after the written scope, payment, required content and access are received. Revision rounds and service allowances follow the selected package. No specific search ranking, lead volume, advertising return or sales result is guaranteed.
