These proposed website terms summarise the approved commercial direction. Your written quotation and service agreement must define the final scope before signup.
Package fees and commitment
Starter RM788, Growth RM1,388 and Scale RM3,888 cover six paid months. Instalments are due monthly in advance. Early cancellation requires payment of the remaining subscription balance.
Advertising funds
Advertising spend is separate and paid to WZMB before campaigns run. Google’s actual charges are reported separately. Unspent funds are refunded after final charges are reconciled.
Trial
The 30-day free management trial is limited to five approved businesses monthly. Eligibility, dates, advertising contributions and any website work must be agreed in writing. Continuing to a six-month paid subscription is optional. A trial website goes offline if you do not continue; a separate purchase quotation is available.
Assets, domains and handover
WZMB retains supplied website and domain assets. The original quotation discloses a fixed handover price and domain renewal arrangements. Existing customer materials and data retain their applicable ownership.
Delivery, support and performance
The quotation defines website languages, dates, revisions, content tasks, campaign formats, tracking, support response times and any e-commerce scope. No particular ranking, lead volume or sales result is guaranteed.
Payments and contact
Prices are in MYR. Bank transfer and DuitNow QR are the planned Malaysian payment methods; other currencies and international transfers are agreed individually. Questions: contact@wzmb.my.
